Households

The starting point for any client in AdviceCloud is the household. Households contain zero or more accounts and individual contacts.

Members

Households can consist of multiple members, including people and trusts. A household should have a "head" member to indicate the primary point of contact for that household. You can add or remove and change the membership title of household members from the household Overview tab.

Accounts

A household can have zero or more accounts assigned to it. Accounts can inherit several settings from their assigned household, including portfolio model and billing rules. These settings can also be overridden for individual accounts if desired.

CRM Households

Households can be linked to similar record types in other systems, including your CRM. Once connected, changes that are made to those records in AdviceCloud will be synced back to the connected records in other systems.

Connect CRM Households

  1. Navigate to the Households list
  2. Click the Connect CRM button.
  3. On the left side of the Connect CRM page, you will see all existing households in AdviceCloud.
